Jennifer Lopez wears a t-shirt referencing the relationship with Ben Affleck
Jennifer Lopez sends a sweet message with her workout gear.
The ‘Marry Me’ actress, who turns 53 on Sunday, headed for a dance class in Los Angeles before heading out on a Paris honeymoon – and her white t-shirt displayed deep reflections on her relationship with her new husband Ben Affleck.
The laid-back, knotted style proclaimed “Love > Fear,” seemingly referencing her hesitations about resuming a relationship with the actor and producer after a 20-year hiatus.
Indeed, she told People in February that the couple were “a little scared” to rekindle their romance.
“We were both like, ‘Wow, we’re so happy and we don’t want this all to come back into play,'” the ‘Let’s Get Loud’ singer said at the time.
Fortunately, their risk paid off, with Affleck, 49, and Lopez getting married in a surprise ceremony in Las Vegas over the weekend.
For her outing in dance class, the star paired her meaningful shirt with bold purple patterned “Super Flare” leggings by Niyama Sol ($108), made from 86% recycled water bottles.
She paired the look with chunky white sneakers from The Kooples and oversized black shades from Otra, and gave her workout outfit a luxe upgrade with a black Hermès Birkin bag.
The “Jenny From the Block” singer also wore her wedding ring to dance class, which she first revealed in an Instagram post earlier this week.
As for his relationship fears, all is well now with the new Mr. and Mrs. Affleck.
“We’re older now, we’re smarter, we have more experience, we’re in different places in our lives, we have kids now, and we have to be very aware of those things,” Lopez told People. .
“It’s beautiful how he feels very different from what he was years ago.”
