1. Gelt Gladiator near Brampton, June 11-12
Join Cumbria’s biggest mass participation event for a day of obstacle courses and the infamous landslides.

2. Cumberland Show, Warwick-on-Eden, 11 June
With a packed program of activities, attractions, competitions, exhibitions, live entertainment and shopping – fun for the whole family.

3. The ELO Experience, The Sands Centre, June 10
It will be blue skies all around the Sands Center, the world’s greatest tribute to The Electric Light Orchestra’s takeover.

4. Take a trip to Walby Farm
Visit Cumbria’s all-weather award-winning attraction to get a glimpse of their beloved alpacas, ducks, rabbits, reindeer and sheep.

5. Hawker Festival, June 9-12
Carlisle is set to once again host the Hawker Festival – an outdoor event filled with stalls and live music, featuring artists such as; Switch, Zing, The Postcard Band, Marblmoon and Cosmic Cat, to name a few.

6. Vue cinema
The movie everyone’s talking about, Top Gun 2, is running at the Vue cinema all weekend – perfect for a rainy weekend.

7. Visit the model railway line, Hammond’s Pond, June 12
Take a trip down the line as the railway line returns for its second week since 2019, with services running on Sunday afternoons between 2.30pm and 4.30pm.

8. Larry Dean: Fudnut, Old Fire Station, June 10
Get your ribs tickled as the award-winning Scottish comedian is about to take the stage.

9. Carlisle Bell, Carlisle Racecourse, June 12
The Carlisle Bell is one of the oldest races in the UK still run today, having its very first race in 1599. The Carlisle Bell prize is one of the oldest of its kind in the region and is kept at the Carlisle Museum.

10. Vintage Speakeasy, Foxes Cafe Lounge, June 10
An evening of live music, Spanish tapas and affordable vintage clothing with a complimentary Prosecco on arrival!
