UNC Basketball fans will love the Luke Comb t-shirt!

Country music superstar Luke Combs continues to represent his beloved basketball program UNC as he discusses his new studio album.

In case you didn’t already know, country music superstar Luke Combs is a HUGE UNC basketball fan.

The Huntersville, NC native has stayed true to his roots, even after his music career quickly turned him into a big star. His third studio album, “Growing up” was released on June 24, as this album is expected to be as successful as the first two he released over the years.

Combs recently chatted with Zane Lowe not only about the album, but some of his inspirations.

You might be wondering: what does Luke Combs’ studio album have to do with all things UNC basketball?!

Well, that’s not what Combs talks about in the interview, but rather what he wears during the interview!

If you watch the video and focus on Combs’ t-shirt, you’ll see that he’s wearing a t-shirt (from Barstool Sports) that references North Carolina’s farewell tour wins from coach Mike Krzyzewski.

The shirt, which features the Tar Heel Rameses mascot holding a shovel, shows a dug hole with a grave, which shows the final scores from the regular season finale and Final Four contests, both of which resulted in victories in North Carolina.

In case you were curious, Barstool identifies this shirt as his “funeral t-shirt”.

It’s safe to say that Combs will never back down from his UNC basketball fandom, as he makes it clear he’s bleeding Carolina blue.
